Sweet Joy
Sweet Joy is a uniquely flavored honey fig that's much more complex than most honey figs. It has flavors of maple and some buttery richness and it almost tastes like eating pancakes. I look forward to this one every year. It's excellent and different from any other fig in my collection. I think this one should be more widely grown.
